Shipping policy

General Information

We ship our collections throughout France, Europe and internationally with the utmost care.

Order preparation and shipping may be handled by Voltex, Romidrian’s logistics partner, before being entrusted to recognised carriers selected according to the destination, volume and nature of the products being shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the destination country, the order value and the nature of the products. They are displayed in your shopping cart before your order is confirmed.

No additional shipping charge will be requested by Romidrian after the order has been confirmed. However, for deliveries outside the European Union, the recipient may be required to pay import VAT, customs duties and customs clearance or carrier administration fees upon importation. These charges are not collected by Romidrian and are not included in the product or shipping price.

Production Lead Times

Certain products are manufactured or prepared to order.

Rugs: estimated production time of 8 to 10 weeks.
Lighting: lighting products are available in stock unless otherwise stated on the product page.

These lead times are in addition to the delivery times indicated below.

Delivery Times

For items available in stock, orders are generally dispatched within 48 hours in mainland France.

Mainland France: delivery generally within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Europe: delivery generally within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
International: delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs formalities.

Order Tracking

An email containing the tracking number will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Carriers

Orders are carefully prepared and then entrusted to recognised logistics partners selected according to the destination, volume and nature of the products being shipped.

Our carriers may include:

Chronopost
Delivery throughout mainland France and Corsica.
Estimated transit time: 24 to 48 hours.

Pickup Services
Delivery to a collection point for suitably sized parcels.

Geodis
Delivery throughout mainland France, Corsica and Europe.
Estimated transit time: 24 to 48 hours, depending on the area.

Premium Delivery

For certain bulky or fragile products, a personalised delivery service may be available:

  • Delivery by appointment.

  • Two-person delivery.

  • Delivery to the room of your choice.

  • Unpacking and removal of packaging.

  • Assembly may be available as an optional service, depending on the product and destination.

Customs Duties and Import Taxes

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import VAT, customs clearance fees or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product prices or in the shipping fees paid to Romidrian. They remain entirely the responsibility of the recipient and, where applicable, must be paid directly to the carrier or the local customs authorities.
