1. Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made through the Romidrian.com website.

Any order placed on the website implies the customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

2. Products

Romidrian offers a selection of rugs, lighting and decorative objects for sale.

The essential characteristics of each product are specified on the relevant product page, including dimensions, materials, colours, finishes and any applicable lead times.

Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes. Although every effort is made to ensure that they are as accurate as possible, slight variations may occur due to lighting, screen settings or the natural characteristics and finishes of the materials used.

3. Prices

Prices are displayed in euros and include all applicable taxes.

Romidrian reserves the right to amend its prices at any time.

The price applicable to an order is the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Any order confirmed through the website constitutes acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Romidrian reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order that appears unusual, fraudulent or subject to an existing dispute.

5. Payment

The accepted payment methods are those available on the website at the time the order is placed, including:

Credit or debit card
PayPal
Klarna
Apple Pay
Any other payment methods available on the website

Payments are securely processed through the payment solutions integrated into Shopify.

6. Delivery

Romidrian ships its collections throughout France, Europe and internationally.

Order preparation and shipping may be handled by Voltex, Romidrian’s logistics partner. Orders are then entrusted to recognised carriers selected according to the destination, volume and nature of the products being shipped.

Shipping costs are calculated according to the destination country, the order value and the nature of the products being shipped. They are displayed in the shopping cart before the order is confirmed.

Estimated Lead and Delivery Times

Lighting products in stock: generally dispatched within 48 hours.
Rugs: estimated production lead time of 8 to 10 weeks.
Mainland France: delivery generally within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch.
Europe: delivery generally within 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
International: delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs formalities.

Romidrian cannot be held liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs procedures or any event beyond its reasonable control.

7. Receipt of the Order

The customer must inspect the condition of the parcel and the products at the time of delivery.

In the event of any issue, damaged packaging or damaged products, the customer must make the appropriate reservations with the carrier and contact Romidrian customer service within 48 hours of receipt.

8. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the regulations applicable to distance selling, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order in which to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

9. Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of notification of the customer’s decision to exercise the right of withdrawal.

Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, undamaged and in their original packaging, or in equivalent packaging that provides adequate protection.

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, except where Romidrian has made an error or the product is non-compliant.

10. Refunds

Refunds will be issued within a maximum period of 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned product.

Romidrian reserves the right to withhold the refund until the product has been received or until the customer provides proof that the returned product has been dispatched.

11. Statutory Warranties

Products sold by Romidrian are covered by the applicable statutory warranties, including:
