Eclipsis draws its inspiration from the silent, symbolic language of the moon. Its black geometric forms evoke the lunar phases in motion: semicircles, crescents, and obscured segments that seem to glide past one another, as during an eclipse. Each motif plays with light and shadow, recalling those rare moments when the celestial body hides, reveals itself, and is reborn.

Conceived as a powerful graphic composition, Eclipsis combines deep black areas with chalky white backgrounds in a minimalist, precise, and elegant contrast. Large circular shapes, rendered in striated velvet, create an immediate visual impact, while a column of alternating lines introduces rhythm, verticality, and movement, rigorously structuring the whole.

Hand-tufted with great precision, Eclipsis reveals a subtle interplay of textures and reliefs. Smooth surfaces, gently raised volumes, and striated areas are finely sculpted to highlight every part of the design. This hand-finished detailing enhances the three-dimensional effect of the motif and gives the rug a strong, contemporary presence.

Made from 70% acrylic and 30% bamboo fiber, Eclipsis combines performance and comfort.
Acrylic ensures excellent colorfastness and high resistance to wear and UV rays, while bamboo fiber provides softness, stability, and naturally antimicrobial properties. The dense surface offers a pleasant, slightly silky feel, perfectly suited for everyday use.
